Through my years of learning and growing in this metaphysical realm I have also taken an interest and become certified in mind and body healing techniques such as; Myofascial therapy, Emotional freedom technique and Kinetic chain release therapy. I have been honoured to work with some of the most influential teachers and masters around the World, which I call my Guru’s. My work has taken me to many destinations where I have had the opportunity to heal, learn, grow and experience on many levels, which piqued my interest to become a teacher. I have always had an intense passion for enlightening others and an insane purpose of seeking the greater truth and meaning of life, the universe and humanity. Connecting our physical self to our spiritual self.

We all have intuition and instinct, I practice mine on the daily.
